• I'm thinking of a new collar for my dog, do you offer matching leads? 

  • Yes, no problem. Have a look at the ones here as we can offer our own Elite range which includes 'hound' style leather collars, some with embossed doggy designs, or the ever popular Joules range with a design to suit everyone - some even have matching coats too...

• My dog is fed up with just a stick or a tennis ball to play with, what else can you offer him? 

  • He'll wish he could work your computer and use your credit card here as there is a whole page of dog toys they will love.... Spoil him with anything from a simple fabric bone onwards, but if he's an enthusiastic 'chewer' then go for a pheasant or a duck with a ball on the tail - the best of all worlds for him.

• My dog loves to get wet whenever we go out, a puddle will do but if we go to the seaside then we know they'll be straight in. What can I use to dry them? 

  • Our Henry Wag drying coat would be ideal to solve your problem. It comes in 5 sizes from Extra Small to Extra Large and wicks water from the dog’s coat leaving them fresh and dry. The highest quality microfibre is used and it is easy to put on with a simple strap to hold the coat in place. Sorted, and no more damp dog......

• Our car is always full and I have no room for my dogs proper bed to come with us - what do you suggest? 

  • Easy as we have a great range of travel dog beds available in a range of colours and designs. They are reversible and made of canvas. Thickly padded and water resistant with strong carry handles they should solve your problem for you. Best of all they are machine washable at 30°C

• My cat has trouble swallowing his wormer tablets - is there an alternative? 

  • No problem, and giving tablets can indeed be tricky to cats as they won't swallow them easily, however there are three alternatives you can use. We offer granules or liquid to mix in with the animals food and as they are tasteless they shouldn't notice , however by far the easiest is a liquid spot-on which will just need to be applied to the back of the neck where the animal can't lick it. You do need to keep a newly treated animal away from other pets for a few hours too so that they too don't lick the treated area.
