‘Caspian’ is a beautiful F.H. Ayres rocking horse mounted on a wooden safety stand, c 1925. His paintwork is original and is in wonderful condition, as is his stand with wood which is warm and rich to touch. He has a beautiful new blond horsehair mane and tail, and quality leather tack in contrasting dark and medium brown with brass fittings, twin pommels to his saddle and a fixed leather bridle. 

Please do check the photos where we have tried to show everything for you before you buy. He is truly a fine collectors piece, as he approaches 100 years of age.

Caspian came to us from a private home and is now ready for his new home.
