Chantilly is a J R Smith rocking horse on a beautiful bow. She has a painted finish and a wonderful horsehair mane and tail with glass eyes. She has a removable leather bridle and fixed leather saddle.
She is in fabulous condition and was made c1900.
We have cleaned and polished all leather, sanded and re-waxed the bow and conditioned her hair. The horse is solid and fully fit for riding or equally as a fine collectors piece to admire.
