‘Duke’ is a large Peverel Rocking Horse mounted on a safety stand.
He has a top quality removable two-tone leather saddle and removable bridle with brass detail. He has a real horsehair mane and tail and glass eyes. Duke is in very good condition and will be a great focal point to any room.
He has a makers plaque on the front of his stand which says;
” Peverel – E Airey
Reg No CCXXXII ”
and carved into his underbody is the same number ( CCXXXII ) so his makers number is 232, and he is on his original stand.
Duke came to us from a private home and is now ready for a new owner to enjoy him.
His measurements are:
