Madison is a Stevenson Bros rocking horse mounted on a safety stand. She has a beautiful flowing horsehair mane and tail and glass eye. She has subtle dapples and dark points which make her look very realistic. She has a removable leather bridle and fixed leather saddle. Her bit is jointed like a real horse’s and her stirrup leathers even have numbers on, just like the real thing!
Madison is heavy! She is in great condition for her age, with just a few very minor scratches to her varnish, as shown in the photos. She was made in 1998.
We have cleaned and polished all leather, sanded and re-varnished the stand, and touched in any scratches. We have also conditioned her hair.

Madison is fit and ready to ride, although equally she would look stunning as a piece of fine furniture to simply admire as she is very beautiful. She came from a private home.

Please be aware these are mostly old horses and as such may show some minor age related characteristics. All the horses however are fully rideable (with the exception of display-sized horses) and solid. If you are unsure, please arrange to come and view before purchasing or request further photos.
