Magnus is a large extra carved G & J Lines No 21 rocking horse on a safety stand, c1910.

Magnus is a lovely fully restored example of a large size, extra carved dappled rocking horse from the renowned makers G & J Lines. He has a fixed leather bridle and saddle with matching stirrup leathers, reins, crupper and martingale. His real horsehair mane & tail complement his colours and red rosettes, and he has lifelike glass eyes with a very friendly face and good solid proportions. His extra carving shows off the muscles in his legs and neck, making him look almost real. He is in wonderful restored condition and has many, many years ahead of him, so would be a great addition to any home

This model is made from top quality materials, so Magnus is a really solid horse and will command any room he is put in. G & J Lines were one of the top english makers and their horses are now very sought after. A lovely restored antique horse,  just looking for his new home with you.
