Penny

” Penny ”  is a beautiful medium sized Haddon fibreglass rocking horse on a safety stand, circa 1980. She has been refurbished, having had a complete clean down and touch in where necessary, leaving just the usual light discolour underneath where the saddle sits. She has had a £200+ set of new top quality leather tack fitted ( which as you can see covers this anyway ) and is now looking great and ready to ride. Her stand was completely stripped and made to work again smoothly, so any young riders will find she rides easily, and she has a real horsehair mane and tail.

I do like this version of the Haddon as it was modelled on the fine Lines rocking horses, so has some lovely muscle detail on the neck and chest, with sculpted legs and a beautiful turned head to her left. She really is a delightful horse and will grace any home, whether to be ridden or not.
