‘PRINCE’ *SOLD*

Prince is the current extra special horse in our stables. He
is an F.H Ayres, the ‘Rolls Royce’ of rocking horses, and has been
professionally restored with meticulous detail whilst retaining his
character and originality. A top quality horse from the master of
makers, he would most likely have been produced to be sold in Harrods or
Selfridges up until 1914. Note his lifelike glass eyes and top quality
leather tack, his superb extra carving and immaculate paint finish and
his soft horsehair mane and tail. He is a large horse, measuring 122cm
high, 43cm wide and his rocker is 138cm long.
