‘Remus’ is a beautiful Lines Bros Sportiboy 1 rocking horse on a safety stand, circa 1945.
On his original safety stand which still bears the Triang stickers from new, Remus has glass eyes, a beautiful new real horsehair mane and tail and new top quality leather saddle and cloth. He retains his original paint and we have saved as many of his original fittings as possible. Remus is a size 1 Sportiboy and has a lovely smooth rocking action. He dates from around 1945 so is over 75 years young,
A really lovely small rocking horse who looks refreshed again, he is fit and ready to go to his new home, but also retains his place as a family heirloom to be passed along the generations.
