Savanna

‘Savanna’ is an extra-large Stevenson Bros rocking horse on a substantial bow. She is made of oak and has beautiful horsehair mane and tail, glass eyes and a lovely stance. She has a brand new removable leather bridle and saddle set , complete with martingale and crupper, which has brass fittings, brass bit and brass stirrups.

Savanna is very large and heavy! She is in fabulous condition and was made in 1993.

We have sanded and re-waxed the bow and re-waxed the horse and conditioned her hair until she looks as new again.

Savanna is fit and ready to ride, although equally she would look stunning as a piece of fine furniture to simply admire as she is a real statement piece. She is in excellent condition and came from a private home. She is very sturdy and suitable for an adult or child to ride.

Please be aware these are mostly old horses and as such may show some minor age related characteristics. All the horses however are solid. If you are unsure, please arrange to come and view before purchasing or request further photos. Viewing is very welcome by appointment.
