Supastuds Maxi-Dome stud (20mm)

Soft/deep going stud with oval shape for good grip. Approx. length 20mm
(excluding threaded section). This is our largest soft ground stud and
is most suitable for use in hind shoes in the softest conditions,
particularly on large horses.

SupaStuds are made from British steel that is subjected to a high tech
hardening process which makes the whole stud, not just the tip, stronger
and more hard-wearing than tungsten. This process gives the studs their
blue/black appearance rendering them almost completely rust resistant.

SupaStuds are not self-tapping studs. They have been designed to clean the hole not to re-thread it.
