If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, please phone us on 01379 588472 as soon as possible. There will be no charge if the item has not yet been sent and we will refund your payment in full.
If after receipt you no longer want your item and it remains unopened and unused with all original packaging and tags attached you may return it within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund. You are responsible for the costs of postage to return the item to us and this will not be refunded. Please contact us either via the ‘contact’ form on our website or by e-mail using email@example.com with reason for return and to request a returns number before sending.
Items that cannot be returned
Perishable items i.e. temperature controlled food/treats/medication
Items that have been opened/used (unless found to be faulty)
Leather items where there are marks where the buckles have been done up whilst being tried on – please do not fasten buckles until you are sure you are keeping the item.
Items that are dirty, have hair on, have had the tags and/or original packaging removed.
Items that arrive back damaged, it is your responsibility to make sure the items returned are suitably packaged and insured in case of loss of damage in transit. If they arrive in a box please return them also boxed.
Items not purchased from us.
If your item has been damaged during transit to you, is defective or incorrectly advertised you may return your purchase within 30 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund including postage costs or provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Returned items must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition, clean, unused and unworn with all tags attached. Refunds cannot be given if the item is not in an ” as new” saleable condition (as you received it) upon it`s return.
If you wish to exchange an item that is neither faulty nor incorrectly supplied postage must be paid by yourself to return the item ( we do not provide free returns) and you will not be charged postage to send out the first replacement.Subsequent exchanges will not be postage free.
Distance Selling Regulations
If your order has been placed via the telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item. This does not include CDs, DVDs or software that has been opened/unsealed, nor any medicines or temperature sensitive items as described above.
To ensure you are refunded the total cost for the returned products including the original carriage you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or write to our address below within 14 calendar days of receipt. Any additional carriage costs you requested over and above the standard service (eg express delivery / before 12) will not be refunded. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us and must take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession.
If a customer order is from overseas ( outside the UK ) or in a foreign currency other than UK sterling, if a refund has to be made for any reason we will not be liable for any Bank charges or currency conversion charges you may incur, so please check stock with us prior to placing an order from overseas – we are more than happy to help avoid this unnecessary cost.
When you send your item back to us, within 3-5 days of receipt we will examine and process the returned item and make a payment back to your original payment method as long as the conditions above have been met.
